Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents to enhance their skills and performance. Additionally, you will develop and execute sales strategies, monitor sales performance, manage client relationships, conduct market analysis, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with other departments to optimize sales efforts.
