Sales Manager

selling premium lighting, automation, or interior solutions to high-net-worth clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end sales for luxury home automation, lighting, or premium interior solutions
  
• Manage high-ticket sales cycles (avg. 510L) and meet monthly/annual targets (~30L per year)
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  HNI clients

  , architects, interior designers, and builders
• Generate leads through field visits, architect referrals, networking, and relationship marketing
  
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to clients and architect partners
  
• Collaborate with the pre-sales/technical team for solution customization and pricing
  
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools
  
• Ensure post-sales coordination for smooth project execution
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in sales from any of the following industries:

• Smart Home Automation

• Luxury Lighting Solutions

• Interior Design / Modular Interiors

• Premium Building Materials (tiles, fittings, facades, wardrobes)

• Proven experience

  dealing with HNI clients

• Existing network with

  A / A+ category architects or interior designers

• Ability to independently close

  sales worth 30L+ annually

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process
  
• Must be comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings
  

• Stable career track
