Sales Manager: Industrial Coating

Location: Gujarat (Extensive travel within and outside Gujarat required)

About METGUARD

Key Requirements

• Minimum

  5 years of total sales experience, including 2–3 years in the industrial coatings industry.

• Strong background in

  channel sales and customer management

  .

• M.Tech/M.E

  (preferred)

  or B.Tech/B.E

  with strong qualifications.
• Prior experience with B2B companies; leadership exposure is an advantage.

• Strong technical understanding

  of coating products and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  within and outside Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  sales growth

  through regular client visits, product demonstrations, and channel management.
• Achieve

  sales targets

  and ensure a high lead-to-closure conversion ratio.
• Build and nurture

  long-term customer relationships

  to drive repeat business.
• Educate clients on METGUARD’s product USPs and benefits.
• Train, mentor, and guide fresher sales team members.
