Sales Manager in Calangute

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Flying Fish Company. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective communication, client relationship management, and strategic planning. Your expertise in business development, email marketing, digital marketing, and social media marketing will be crucial in reaching our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Ownership – Achieve monthly sales targets across fun dives, scuba courses, packages, and merchandise.
• Lead Management – Handle the entire funnel: inbound enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, payments, and feedback loops.
• Partnership Building – Forge and maintain strong ties with hotels, resorts, travel desks, and influencers to ensure steady referrals.
• Sales Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and boost revenue.
• Campaign Collaboration – Work with the marketing team to create and execute targeted email, digital, and social media campaigns; track ROI.
• CRM & Reporting – Maintain dashboards, forecasts, and deliver daily/weekly reporting using CRM tools and MS-Excel.
• Team Development – Train and mentor front-desk/admin staff in consultative selling, scripts, and customer handling.
• Market Intelligence – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to refine sales tactics.
