Sales Manager

What Youll Do (Your Superpowers)

• Lead and manage a team of

  Business Development Associates (BDAs)

  , guiding them to hit their targets
• Ensure that each team member understands and delivers the right Finnovationz courses to students and working professionals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Train, motivate, and mentor the team, fostering their growth
• Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to the team
• Collaborate with the leadership team to optimize sales processes and improve conversions
  

What Were Looking For

• Proven leadership

  experience in sales (preferably in education or finance-related fields)
• Excellent communication skills in

  English/Hindi/Marathi

• Strong understanding of

  sales strategies

  and

  target-driven environments

• Someone who can

  drive performance

  while keeping the team motivated
• Ability to

  build relationships

  and maintain strong client interactions
• Willingness to work hands-on with the team and lead by example
• Previous experience in managing

  sales teams
