We are looking for a goal-driven and dynamic Educational Sales person for PGDM college to drive sales, build consultant relationships, and contribute to admission growth. The ideal candidate should have good consultant network, excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a track record of achieving sales targets. If you are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business development, we’d love to meet you!
Roles & Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new sales opportunities through consultant networking and cold calling.
· Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
· Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
· Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
· Maintain strong relationships with admission consultant and provide ongoing support.
· Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business growth opportunities.
· Work closely with marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
· Prepare and present sales reports to management.
· Follow up on leads and ensure high customer satisfaction.
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings as needed.
Requirements & Skills
· Proven experience as a admission in colleges, Sales Representative, or similar role.
· 3 to 6 year of experience in same field.
· The locations we are looking for Punjab, Haryana, Western UP and Delhi.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
· Strong sales and business development skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Bachelor’s and Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,897.81 - ₹50,705.29 per month
