Sales Manager - ICV Sales

As a Team Leader of Off Roll Sales DMAs, your role involves managing a team to achieve sales targets and increase dealership penetration. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring the sale of finance schemes to customers within and outside the dealership as per the set targets - Maintaining and enhancing relationships with dealers, addressing their queries and issues on a daily basis - Verifying all customer documents, such as KYC and personal information, received through DMAs at the ASC location in line with company policies - Monitoring competition activities at the dealership and location - Handling DCC cash deposition and improving the productivity of DMAs - Conducting ASC/Branch visits of dealers for network enhancement - Managing enquiries and following up on open enquiries, ensuring conversion of all leads - Collecting RC, resolving Femi, and handling non-starters regularly to meet targets - Providing daily updates to the ASM on targets versus achievements - Ensuring timely decision-making on cases and quick disbursement processes - Understanding and explaining all schemes to customers effectively Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC - Experience in Off Roll Sales - Maximum age of 30 years - Any Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA degree - Strong individual performer This role offers you the opportunity to lead a team, drive sales, and contribute to the growth of the company.,
