We are Looking for Sales Manager
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for IAM solutions across assigned territories or verticals.
• Identify and engage with prospective clients to understand their IAM needs and present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver compelling value propositions. • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging IAM technologies.
• Proven experience selling IAM and Cybersecurity Solutions to large Enterprises in India, Middle East.
• Experience selling in Europe is a plus.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years focused on IAM or cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong understanding of IAM technologies such as SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, and directory services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. • Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with IAM vendors like Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.
• Technical background or certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus.
