Organization: Protium Finance Ltd (NBFC) Position: Sales Manager I Asst Branch Head Work Location: Hyderabad (Dilsukhnagar & Ranigunj) Responsibilities: 1) Should go in the open market along with Sales team to source the business of Secured lending (LAP) 2) Meeting potential customers and lead generation to conversion 3) Understanding the procedure and the documentation 4) Sourcing the potential clients/customers for the business of Secured lending (LAP), then converting them into ultimate business as per their requirements. 5) Handling end-to-end procedure starting from the log-in of the file to the disbursement of the same. After the disbursement clearance of the OTCs and PDDs on time. 6) Good understating of the KYCs, Financials & property related documents and strong adherence to the policy and the parameters led down in the entire process from log-in to the disbursals. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate Min 4 years relevant experience in Micro LAP product Must have experience in local market CTC : 4 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs PA + Performance based incentives Benefits : Travel Allowance Medical Insurance coverage Term Insurance coverage
