Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Aquachill in Gujrat, your primary responsibilities will include order booking as per the plan, developing sales planning in your region and segment, ensuring margins as per plan, and developing new accounts in your region. You will be expected to get order bookings done through your subordinates and focus on the people development of your team. Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants and key customers will be crucial, along with ensuring sales process compliance and evaluating competition information. You will also be responsible for the smooth handover of orders to the Project Managers. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong focus on results, and the ability to drive front-end processes effectively. Knowledge of HVAC would be preferable, and candidates with a BE in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical or BSC (PCM) and an MBA in Marketing will be given preference. With at least 5 years of experience in the sales field, you should be willing to travel as required to meet clients, achieve sales targets, and support business objectives effectively.
