Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at Aquachill, you will be responsible for order booking as per the plan, sales planning in your region and segment, ensuring margin as per the plan, developing new accounts in your region, and getting order bookings done through your subordinates. Your role will also involve people development of your subordinates, building consultant and key customer relationships, ensuring sales process compliance, evaluating competition information, and ensuring smooth handover of orders to the project management team. Key Responsibilities: - Order booking as per plan - Sales planning in the region & segment - Ensure margin as per plan - Develop new accounts in the region - Get order booking done through subordinates - People development of subordinates - Build consultant and key customer relationships - Ensure sales process compliance - Evaluate competition information - Ensure smooth handover of orders to the project management team Qualifications Required: - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to focus on results and drive the front-end process - Ability to work in a team - Knowledge of HVAC would be preferable - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical (from other similar streams), or BSc (PCM), MBA in Marketing would be preferable - Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales field - Willingness to travel as per business requirements to meet clients, achieve sales targets, and support business objectives.
