Should have sound technical knowledge and background.
Should understand Engineering drawings and lighting drawings.
Should have handled customers like PGCIL, RRV PNL, TANGEDCO, MAHAGENCO and contractors like L&T, TATA, KPTL, KEC, Godrej, TRANSRAIL, Monte Carlo, Sterlite , Kalingia illumination, K-lite, Twinkle industries
Should be able to ensure repeat cycle of billing from Customers and be able to coordinate Project execution.
Should be able to Indendently manage sales.
Should ensure revenue targets are duly met and are achieved annually / quarterly

SKILLS:-

Should be able to use Sales CRM like Zoho, Hub spot
Should have a proven track record of closing orders.
Should be a Team Motivator & be self-motivated to grow the business
Should be able to work with team on KRA’s & be able to execute process improvements

EDUCATION:-

Any Graduate but B.Tech (Elect.)/Diploma preferable
