Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong exposure to water and wastewater treatment products for industrial and commercial building segments. The role combines technical product management with business development and client engagement across South India.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of water & wastewater treatment equipment in industrial and commercial building segments
• Act as a Product Manager for equipment selection, sizing, and technical recommendations
• Support energy-efficient product launches, specifically:
• Submersible Aerators
• Ceramic Membrane-based treatment solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients, consultants, and EPC partners
• Work closely with engineering and proposal teams for solution finalization
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Travel extensively across South India for client meetings, demos, and project discussions
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback

Key Requirements

• 5–7 years of proven experience in sales of water treatment / wastewater treatment products
• Strong technical understanding of equipment selection and treatment processes
• Experience handling industrial and commercial building clients
• Ability to independently manage client presentations and product demonstrations
• Willingness to travel extensively across South India
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to energy-efficient treatment technologies
• Experience with EPCs, consultants, and end-user industries
• Ability to bridge technical solutions with commercial objectives
