Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance of the branch by achieving targets and growing business through effective relationship management with customers.
Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Develop and execute strategies to increase home loan sales, cross-sell products, and improve customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the bank's presence in the local market.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures while maintaining high ethical standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of Business Development principles and practices.
0-5 years of experience in B2C Sales or Retail Sales (preferably in Home Loans).
Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common objectives.
