Job Description

The Sales Manager position based in Hyderabad and Mumbai, India requires two experienced and goal-driven individuals to oversee the sales operations in Hyderabad and the North India Region, with the primary location being in Mumbai. The ideal candidates will possess a solid sales background, particularly in engineering or related sectors, showcasing the capability to stimulate business growth, manage client relationships effectively, and lead a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing successful sales strategies to attain targets, enhancing sales growth in designated territories, overseeing sales projects, nurturing strong customer relationships, guiding, coaching, and empowering the sales team for optimal performance, offering technical support and solutions to clients, as well as analyzing sales data and market trends to enhance sales efforts. The candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Service, particularly in Power Tools or Infrastructure sectors. Proficiency in Telugu (for Hyderabad), English, and Hindi is essential. Additionally, strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are required, coupled with a proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
