By achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective strategies, you will contribute to the business's success. Additionally, you will work on dealer management, market and territory analysis, product and promotional strategies, client relationship management, operational excellence, receivables and credit management, market outreach events, reporting and analytics, and sales process management. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA degree with 2-4 years of experience in sales and dealer management in the hardware, interior, or furniture industry. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel for sales tracking, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to analyze market trends, and a self-motivated attitude are key attributes required for success.
