Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Tiruchirappalli. The Sales Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base, achieving growth and hitting sales targets, and leading and mentoring the sales team. Daily tasks include tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training for the sales team. The Sales Manager also builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, and closely monitors competition to develop effective strategies.
