Job Description

As a Sales Manager - Gold Loan, your role involves generating gold loan business through various channels and leading a team of Direct Selling Teams to expand the business in the locality/branch. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure Monthly Sales targets are met with acquisition in NTB (New to Bank) and ETB (Existing to Bank) customers. - Pitch gold loans to existing liability customers. - Maintain month-on-month growth in EOP (Execution only platform) Assets for Gold loan business per branch. - Ensure Fee Income is a minimum of 1% of total disbursals. - Follow up with customers regularly for timely renewal of cases and minimize renewal pending cases. - Coordinate with valuers as required. - Maintain healthy collections with Nil First equated monthly installment / First presentation Default and minimize fresh flow in Bucket X. - Tag PSL (Priority sector lending) and adhere to PSL norms. - Assist branch liability team in Audits and communicate effectively with customers before any packet opening. - Conduct Marketing activities in the local market to generate NTB gold loan customers. - Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel across the region on short notice. - Perform ad-hoc activities as per departmental requirements. - Proficient in MS-Word/Excel and PowerPoint. - Demonstrate personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and demanding situations. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in Bachelors in Engineering/Technology/Management/Computers/Science. - Post-graduation in MBA. In addition to the above, you should have 2-10 years of experience in retail banking, preferably with exposure to lending products.,
