Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Real Estate

Location: Gurugram
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Conduct site visits and property presentations to close sales.
Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring proper documentation.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
Work closely with the sales & marketing team to achieve targets.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry (residential or commercial).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local property laws and real estate market is a plus.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
