Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining project details, generating leads, and ensuring effective follow-ups to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects.

Explain property features, location benefits, pricing, and other project details clearly and convincingly.

Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate customer information and call records.

Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or email to ensure high conversion.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.

Stay updated with ongoing and upcoming projects in the real estate market.

Requirements:

Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream.

Proven experience as a telecaller/telemarketer, preferably in the real estate sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp communication for client handling.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
