Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Tele caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both outbound and inbound calls, provide product and service information, and ensure excellent client communication to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with potential and existing customers.
Provide detailed information about products and services to clients.
Follow up regularly with clients and positive leads to maintain engagement and move toward conversion.
Accurately record and update client responses and interactions in Excel or Google Sheets.
Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless client service.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent is a plus.
Prior experience in Tele-calling or customer service is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle client objections professionally.
