  • Drive sales through various marketing initiatives.
  • Drive assigned channel partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure smooth registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal for channel partners.
  • Ensure increased revenues from performing categories and motivate non-performing ones.
  • Develop a healthy investor database through channel partners.
  • Provide regular product and price updates to channel partners.
  • Tap potential markets for direct clients across India and abroad.
  • Define strategies for the sale of all properties.
  • Handle direct enquiries from advertising and hoardings.
  • Make sales presentations to key decision makers, effectively selling the capabilities and service offerings of the property.
  • Handle prospective clients, corporate houses, and MNCs, including negotiating and finalizing sales transactions with interested clientele.
  • Manage extensive client relation exercises, liaising deals between the organization and clients, while cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads and repeat business.
  • Remain updated with the real estate market and gather market intelligence.
  • Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
