Key Responsibilities:

Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
Plan and execute comprehensive sales strategies and promotional campaigns for various real estate projects.
Manage sales forecasting, planning, and customer relationship management.
Innovate and implement effective sales and promotional techniques.
Monitor market competition, pricing, and trends to ensure effective positioning.
Educate clients about market trends, rental yields, and future price appreciation.
Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
Meet sales targets and deliver top-line results as per business plans.
Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience for high-value clients.
Evaluate and categorize channel partners based on performance and potential.
Analyze sales data and recommend improvements in the sales process.
Oversee internal sales operations and process enhancements.
Study sales trends and recommend targeted strategies using the right tools.
Plan and execute sales promotion activities for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Participate in negotiations and effectively close deals.

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong market knowledge and awareness of real estate trends.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
