Sales Manager (Gems & Jewel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and store KPIs.
• Coordinate with the showroom manager and inventory team for stock availability and display.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness.
• Build long-term customer relationships and handle VIP/loyal customers.
• Manage order follow-ups, billing, and documentation.
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and after-sales issues professionally.
• Work closely with marketing for promotions, events, and festive campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports and present performance insights to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in jewellery retail sales (minimum 3–4 years required).
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of diamonds, gold, kundan, polki, and gemstone products is preferred.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good understanding of sales metrics and showroom operations.
• Presentable, confident, and target-driven.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹35,419.94 - ₹70,027.25 per month
