Objective / Purpose:
To sell insurance policies by generating leads through the retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads that are received from the channel, apart from sourcing business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in life insurance sales management / Life insurance Agent, advisor / retail bank distribution / co-operative bank and channel management / DSA relationship.
Competencies: Human Touch, Interpersonal Skills, Innovation, Simplification, Customer Engagement and Sales Excellence, Business Acumen, Ownership.
