Sales Manager - Furniture Manufacturing & Retail

In your role as a Sales Manager at Adhunika Furnitures in Jaipur, your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the sales team consisting of showroom, B2B, and digital leads. - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. - Generating business from architects, builders, corporates, and institutional clients. - Supervising customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction. - Managing the daily operations of showroom sales to provide exceptional customer experience. - Coordinating with marketing, production, and logistics teams for efficient order execution. - Tracking team performance, providing necessary training, and ensuring follow-ups are maintained in Zoho CRM. - Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and working towards expanding the customer base. - Analyzing market trends and competitor pricing to optimize sales strategies. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Graduate/MBA preferred with a specialization in Sales or Marketing. - Minimum of 4-7 years of sales experience in the furniture/interior/home dcor industry. - Proven experience in team management and handling B2B/B2C clients effectively. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho CRM, or equivalent tools.
