Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge in furniture, interiors, modular kitchen solutions, and related sectors, coupled with a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading high-performing teams. 


Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.

● Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across assigned regions.

● Identify and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients.

● Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.

● Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.

● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional strategies.

● Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.

● Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports to senior management.

● Participate in exhibitions, business events, and networking activities to promote brand visibility.
