Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and maintaining relationships with key clients. They will also conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and provide regular sales reports to the management. The Sales Manager will ensure customer satisfaction and align sales objectives with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and setting and achieving sales targets
• Strong relationship management and communication skills, including maintaining relationships with key clients
• Market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing regular sales reports to management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the training or education industry is a plus
