Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Managers to oversee a team of six for our operations in Australia or the UK, Europe. This full-time on-site role is based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, mentoring and managing the team, identifying market opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve set targets. The individual will also be involved in developing strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives, and reporting on sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a sales team and driving sales targets
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Excellent leadership, motivational, and team-management skills
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
