Role & responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

Distributor Management

Review Mechanism

-Manages inventory level of Reliance Consumer brands products distributed by Super Stockiest and Distributors
-Manages inventory level of Reliance Consumer brands products sold by retail outlets through Area Sales Executives - Ensures Area Sales Executives and Area Sales Manager adheres to the beat plan, number of products sold and daily sales target - Ensures daily sales tracking on the products sold and provide the reports to MIS Executive/National Sales Manager/ Category Managers/ Regional Manager

Project Management

- Follow & processes that support the distributors in realizing their interests (ROI/ Claim Settlement)
- Manage & Guide team of ASMs to deliver desired results - Report Competition Activities in category handled and geography performance to Regional Manager/National Sales Manager on monthly basis - Ensures Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the state/region assigned

Tech Implementation and Processes

People Development

- Review ASE/ ASM on a regular basis and improve their sales
- Ensures the Schemes and Trade Marketing plan are understood by ASEs to ensure sales revenue - Ensures Right talent is hired at ASE/ASM level - Cascades the sales training program at ASM and ASE levels

Preferred candidate profile

Education Qualifications Graduate/Post-Graduation in Marketing with 10+ Years of Experience in FMCG industry

Functional / Behavioral competencies required to execute the role FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
-Through Understanding of Business - Strong Planning Abilities - Process management - Analytical Thinking - Data Interpretation - Strong market Working
