SALES MANAGER

FLP Labs (Kochi, Kerala, India)

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a deep network and proven success in the K-12 education space? FLP Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our growth strategy across schools in South India.

This is an On-Site position based out of Bengaluru (Bangalore), with extensive travel required to meet key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively identify, target, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders (Principals, Management, Trustees) in the school sector.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing specifically on EdTech product sales and program adoption within schools.
  • Territory Management: Take ownership of sales activities within the designated territory, prioritizing extensive travel to conduct on-site visits and presentations at various schools.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct compelling and professional presentations and demos of FLP Labs' solutions to school management and staff.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide continuous feedback on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Mandatory Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Sector Expertise: Must have prior experience in selling products, services, or solutions to the School Sector (K-12), EdTech, or educational services industries.
  • Network Strength: Proven ability to leverage existing connections and build strong rapport with school state-holders is a key priority.
  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Travel Commitment: Willingness to undertake frequent and necessary travel across the sales region.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹3.6 LPA (Annual Base Salary)
  • Incentives: Highly attractive, uncapped industry-standard sales incentives based on performance.
