Job Summary:

The Sales Manager for Fire Rated Doors is responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence. The role involves identifying potential customers, developing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue growth while maintaining technical knowledge of fire-rated door solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and establish relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies.

Technical & Compliance Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on fire-rated door regulations, certifications, and industry standards.
  • Work with the technical team to ensure product specifications meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for order processing, deliveries, and after-sales support.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in fire-rated doors, building materials, or construction-related products.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of fire-rated doors, safety regulations, and certification standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
