What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of sales closers + appointment setters.
Set sales targets and create clear strategies to achieve them.
Monitor daily KPIs, pipeline performance, and CRM hygiene.
Run daily huddles, weekly reviews, and ongoing training.
Step in on high-value calls to secure big-ticket deals.
Work with leadership to optimize funnels & closing systems.
