Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong ability to manage and lead a sales team, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, managing client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives to grow revenue. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure productivity and motivation. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. Handle negotiations and close deals efficiently, maintaining a strong customer satisfaction focus. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement. Generate and analyze sales reports to assess performance and forecast future sales. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial or team lead role. Strong communication skills, especially over calls and virtual meetings. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
