We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the company’s portfolio by generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales team.
Requirements:
Preference : Female Candidates
Experience:
5+ years of sales experience in the interior design, architecture, or related industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the interior design industry, market trends, and customer needs.
Sales & Negotiation Skills:
Strong sales acumen, with excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present confidently and engage effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
