· Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· Prospect and engage with potential clients to pitch our product.
· Build database by identifying new customers through networking, cold calling, and social media.
· Visit Exhibitions for Lead Generation.
· Enroll new manufacturers into our platform as per the agreed targets.
· Conduct customer meetings, demo presentations, negotiations, and contracts to secure the best deals for both customers and the organization.
· Conversion of existing free manufacturers to premium plan manufacturers as per the agreed targets.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
· Generate regular sales reports for senior management, including insights and recommendations.
· Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions for business development
· Other duties and tasks assigned by the management within the job scope.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for business automation and technology.
· Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work collaboratively within a team.
· Experience in IT Healthcare Products or Healthcare Industry is preferred.
