Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with End Users and Process OEMs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Work closely with the technical and project teams to develop proposals and solutions.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets as per company objectives.
  • Represent Logicon at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support business strategy.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics).
  • 5–10 years of experience in industrial automation or process control sales.
  • Strong understanding of PLCs, SCADA, DCS, MES, or IIoT solutions.
  • Experience working with process industries and OEMs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
