Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Ground Outreach & Sales:

o Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies to introduce and promote Hilbis products and services.

o Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to doctors, decision-makers, and other medical staff.

o Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, specialists, hospital administrators, and nurses.

o Convert leads into active business partners, driving sales and achieving monthly targets.

  • Brand Promotion & Event Management:

o Distribute brochures, samples, and promotional materials to raise brand awareness.

o Organise and participate in health camps, awareness drives, and promotional events in coordination with local healthcare providers.

o Support hospital tie-ups and partnership agreements to expand Hilbi's network.

o Represent the company professionally at medical conferences, trade shows, seminars, and community health fairs, managing booths and networking with potential clients.

  • Market Development & Intelligence:

o Identify and map potential clients and business opportunities within the assigned territory.

o Gather valuable market intelligence, including competitor activities, new market trends, and feedback from medical professionals to inform and optimize our strategies.

o Provide feedback to the marketing and management teams to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.

  • Reporting & Coordination:

o Maintain daily visit reports and sales tracking sheets, ensuring all field activities, interactions, and sales outcomes are accurately recorded.

o Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets, providing regular reports on performance against set goals.

o Coordinate effectively with the back-office team for marketing material, appointments, and follow-ups.

Skills Required:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse professionals.

o Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

o Familiarity with the healthcare/medical industry and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

o Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

o Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
