Role : Sales Manager

Location : Trichy

Gender : Male

Experience : 1-2 years experince in handling HNI customers (or) B-school candidate also welcome.

Salary : 25,000 to 30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage institutional clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Negotiate effectively with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Handle end-to-end institutional sales operations, including client servicing and support.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and growth.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and market feedback to management.
• Uphold trust, integrity, and professionalism in all business dealings.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales or institutional client handling.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Ability to handle overall institutional business operations independently.
