Job Description

Job Summary:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions to optimize visibility and conversion
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Analyze sales trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to suggest actionable insights
Handle client/vendor communication and resolve escalations efficiently
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reporting to management

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2-4 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales or account management
Familiarity with seller panels, dashboard tools, and marketplace policies
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Experience with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and Marketplace Advertising (AMS/Sponsored Ads)
Exposure to D2C platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc. is a plus
