Sales Manager

You will be responsible for leading the business development efforts at Dock Social as a Sales Manager. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the digital marketing services offered by the company. To excel in this position, you must have a solid grasp of digital marketing solutions, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business growth targets. - Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in various digital marketing services such as social media management, SEO, paid ads, content marketing, and influencer campaigns. - Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling and regular interaction. - Lead sales presentations, pitch proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients. - Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure client needs are met. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify opportunities and challenges. - Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to management. - Train, mentor, and motivate junior sales executives to help them achieve team targets. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Proven sales experience in digital marketing, advertising, or the media industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing services and solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Goal-oriented with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets. - Ability to establish long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Leadership and team management experience is advantageous.
