Roles & Responsibilities: Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives. Build pipeline and develop strong relationships with prospects. Own the experience we provide every prospective customer from their first interaction. Responsible for achieving sales targets by collaborating with our talented interior designers. Seize opportunities to upsell services. Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner. Manage a large volume of outbound calls. Document all call information accurately in the CRM according to standard operating procedures. Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. Own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure. Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Focus on Customer experience & relationship management. Resolve customer queries. Generate Sales Reports. Qualifications: A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education). Minimum 3+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong listening and presentation skills.
