Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Design Cafe, your role will involve making outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales. You will need to identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Building a strong pipeline and nurturing relationships with prospects will be essential. You will be responsible for owning the customer experience from the first interaction, achieving sales targets, and working closely with a talented group of interior designers. Seizing opportunities to upsell services, following up with potential customers in a timely manner, and managing a large number of outbound calls efficiently will be part of your responsibilities. Documenting all call information in the CRM, meeting personal targets, and developing strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets will also be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will own the sales funnel, drive sales closure, and work towards achieving revenue targets. Customer experience management, resolving queries, and generating sales reports will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications: - A graduate in any stream with regular education (10+2+3) - Minimum 3+ years of experience in inside sales or similar roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong listening and presentation skills If you are from Interior Design Firms, Real Estate, Ed tech, Retail, or Automotive industries, you will have a preference in this role.
