Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team in the dental implants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental or medical devices sector.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or qualifications are an added advantage.
Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental or medical devices sector.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing and leading high-performing sales teams is desirable.
