Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales revenue through Defense & MHA accounts
• Develop and manage relationships with 

  Defense, MHA, State Police, Fire & Rescue, NDRF, and Disaster Management Authorities

  .
• Manage the 

  end-to-end sales cycle

  : lead generation → proposal/tendering → negotiation → contract closure → execution follow-up → collections.
• Draft 

  techno-commercial proposals

   for government tenders, RFPs, and strategic projects.
• Work closely with operations team for 

  project execution and payment recovery

  .
• Establish 

  strategic partnerships with SIs, PSUs, and local partners

   in key states to drive scale.
• Regularly report to the CEO with sales pipeline, forecasts, and progress on KPIs.

Required Skills

• Strong communicator with excellent 

  oral, written, and presentation

   skills.
• Deep understanding of 

  B2G and defense procurement processes (DAP, GeM, State Disaster Procurement)

  .
• Ability to engage with 

  senior officers/bureaucrats

  .
• Consultative and solution-oriented mindset; strong relationship builder.
• Fluency in 

  English and Hindi

   (additional regional languages a plus).

• Preferred Profile

• Experience:

   8–15 years in B2G/B2B technical sales.

• Qualification:

   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electronics) or related field.
• Proven track record in 

  Defense/MHA/Police/Disaster Management sales

  .
