Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Ghatkopar, Mumbai for a Sales Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. The Sales Manager will be responsible for Recruiting, leading and managing a team of insurance consultants, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. They will also focus on building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Strong Selling skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Analytical skills for market analysis and sales forecasting Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry Ability to work independently and think strategically Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
