Job Description

Role Overview
Responsible for closure of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for selling and leasing reefer containers. The role involves client meetings, negotiations, documentation, and closing profitable deals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and convert Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) shared by the inside sales team into successful closures.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable reefer container solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, visits, and product presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize contracts.
  • Prepare and manage sales/lease agreements and supporting documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and legal teams during contract execution.
  • Track competitor activities and share sales reports with management.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree; MBA preferred.
  • 4-7 years of B2B sales experience (logistics, cold chain, or container industry preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good communication, presentation, and CRM/reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of reefer containers or logistics operations is an advantage.
