Sales Manager Construction Chemicals (Admixtures & Polycarboxylates) - Role Objective

Sales Manager – Construction Chemicals

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for SNF’s Construction Chemicals portfolio (polycarboxylates, superplasticizers, admixtures).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with RMC manufacturers, cement companies, admixture formulators, and major construction contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers such as

    Cemex, MasterBuilder, BASF Construction Chemicals

    , and other regional admixture producers.
  • Work closely with the technical and R&D teams to provide product support, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to ensure SNF remains competitive.
  • Achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned region.
  • Conduct customer visits, product trials, and technical presentations to promote SNF’s solutions.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, including safety and ethical business practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:

    Master’s degree in

    civil engineering, Construction Materials, or Chemical Engineering

    (preferred).
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    8–12 years

    in Sales or Technical Sales within the

    Construction Chemicals / Admixtures industry

    .
  • Age:

    Minimum

    35 years old

    .
  • Proven experience in selling or managing products like

    polycarboxylate ethers (PCEs)

    or

    superplasticizers

    .
  • Prior experience in or working with companies like

    Cemex, MasterBuilder, BASF Construction Chemicals, Fosroc, Sika, Razon, Cormix, Chryso, or other admixture manufacturers

    will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of concrete technology, admixture formulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales, customer engagement, and business growth.
