Job Description

We have an opening for Asst Manager Sales Jaipur with a Neuro Surgical Medical equipment co

Preferred: Medical device background/ Pharma background/  experience in sales & Marketing.

  • Experience in Neuro surgery, Neurology, Endovascular modality will be

preferred.

  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgably

engage key stakeholders such as physicians, clinical staff, nurses, department managers, hospital administrators and supply chain to present a value proposition.

  • Experience in procedural rooms OR/ER/IR or Cath Lab would be an added

advantage.

  • Proven selling and customer relationship management skills with the ability to

navigate a complex sales process to include stakeholders / partners.

  • Proven effective verbal, computer, written and presentation/communication

skills.

  • Ability to use communication skills and strategies that influence desired results

at senior levels.

  • Ability to quickly adapt and respond to job, environmental, and industry

changes.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager the

Responsibilities of the Territory Manager - Neuro Intervention Implants include:

  • Achieve Account wise, Physician wise Revenue Targets for Neuro Intervention

Implants in the assigned Territory, to ensure Sales and Collection Targets are optimized.

  • Build rapport and relationships with all Endovascular Neurosurgeons,

Endovascular Neurologists, and Interventional Neuro Radiologists to Introduce / maximize usage of the Company Neuro Intervention Implants.

  • Provide technical support to Endovascular Neurosurgeons, Endovascular

Neurologists, and Interventional Neuro Radiologists in the choice and clinical application of Company Neuro Intervention Implants.

  • Ensure Sales and Collection Targets are achieved.

  • Manage Hospital and Distributor(s) pricing, contracts, inventory, collections

etc. within the assigned territory.

  • Attend and participate in training programs to acquire / strengthen skills on new

products and clinical procedures.

  • Maintain and expand existing product sales; launch new products in the assigned customer base  • Support industry training functions and attend trade shows, conferences and  sales meetings as required.
