Sales Manager

As a valuable member of our team, you will play a crucial role in understanding and effectively communicating how Channel Factory's products and offerings can contribute to our clients" achievement of their marketing objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing client expectations, developing proposal strategies, crafting brief responses, and creating media plans to best serve our clients" needs. In addition, you will be tasked with nurturing and expanding client relationships through regular and meaningful communication, with a focus on actively upselling and renewing existing clients. Your contribution will also be instrumental in supporting our business expansion efforts and addressing ad-hoc client requests in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication, presentation, planning, and sales skills. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, particularly with pivot tables and graphs, as well as expertise in PowerPoint for creating compelling pitching decks, will be essential for success in this position. Furthermore, previous experience working with agencies and brands, along with a strong network of connections with top-tier advertisers, will be considered advantageous. A background in the digital or ad-tech industry, coupled with knowledge of measurement metrics, will be key to excelling in this role.
